CCXAP may also provide certain ancillary services such as credit research, industry research and market information to its clients provided that such services cannot reasonably be considered to lead to potential conflicts of interest with its credit rating services because its ancillary services do not include provision of consultancy or advisory services to a rated entity, regarding the corporate or legal structure, assets, liabilities of activities of that rated entity.
