Mr. Philip LI (李永權先生)

Chairman

Mr. LI has over 30 years’ experience in the Hong Kong debt capital market. He was Senior Vice President (Finance) of Hong Kong Mortgage Corporation Limited Head of Global Capital Markets and Executive Director of IBJ Asia Limited (now the Mizuho Financial Group after merger), Chairman of the Hong Kong Capital Markets Association and Associate Member of the Central Policy Unit of the Government of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.  Mr. LI is a current financial columnist, having written more than 600 column articles on the global and regional financial and economic issues since 1998.  Mr. LI holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Science (Sociology and Economics) from The Chinese University of Hong Kong.

 

Ms. Ariel Yang (楊蕾女士)

Executive Director & Chief Executive Officer  

Ms. Ariel Lei Yang, Vice President of CCXI Credit Rating Co., Ltd. She is in charge of the company’s international business and branding. She is also the head of the company' Shenzhen and HongKong offices. Ms. Yang joined CCX Group in 2011 as the Chief of Staff to the Chairman, and later as General Manager of International Business Department and Managing Director of CCXI. Previously she was editor and reporter at China’s Xinhua News Agency. She was based in New York covering financial markets from 2008 to 2011, and wrote columns for China Securities Journal etc.

Ms. Yang holds BA in Journalism from Wuhan University and MA in Mass Communication from UK.

 

Mr. SHAO Jinhong (邵津宏先生)

Executive Director 

Mr. SHAO joined China Chengxin Credit Rating Group in 2005. He is Vice President of China Chengxin Securities Rating Company Limited, responsible for rating corporate bonds and structured financing instruments. Mr. SHAO received his Master’s degree from Macquarie University. He is a member of Securities Credit Rating Committee of Securities Association of China, and member of Credit Risk Management Committee of Insurance Asset Management Association of China.

 

Mr. Mike LAI (黎業榮先生)

Director

Mr. LAI is Chief Executive Officer of Jao Tsung-I Academy. Mr. LAI is a veteran investment banker, who had worked in the Hong Kong and Asia Pacific region’s capital markets for more than 30 years. He was Managing Director of Calyon, Executive Director of Manufacturers Hanover Asia (now JP Morgan Chase) and Head of Hong Kong Bond Business of BNP Paribas, and Co-founder of Oakreed Financial Services Limited. He was Chairman of Hong Kong Capital Markets Association.  Mr. LAI holds a Master’s Degree in History from The Chinese University of Hong Kong.

 

Ms. YU Hong Ying (于宏英女士)

Director

Ms. YU is Chief Executive Officer of China Chengxin Investment Company Limited. Ms. YU joined the China Chengxin Group in 1993. Before joining the Group, she worked with the Beijing Mining Administration.  Ms. YU received her EMBA degree from Wuhan University.

 

Ms. HE Minhua (何敏華女士)

Director

Ms. HE is the Chief Executive Officer of China Chengxin Securities Rating Company Limited. Ms. HE had worked with the Finance Department of the Bureau of Government Affairs Administration under the State Council of China. She joined the China Chengxin Credit Rating Group in 1993 as Manager of the Corporate Rating Department and Deputy General Manager of the Credit Rating Department in China Chengxin Securities Rating Company Limited, as well as Vice President of China Chengxin Credit Management Company Limited, and Director & Vice President of China Chengxin International Credit Rating Company Limited.  Ms. HE received her bachelor degree in Economics and MBA degree from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics and the Business School of Wuhan University, respectively.

 

Mr. ZHOU Hao (周浩先生)

Director

Mr. ZHOU is the Chief Executive Officer of China Chengxin International Credit Rating Company Limited.  Prior to his current post, he was Chief Executive Officer of China Chengxin Securities Rating Company Limited.  Mr. ZHOU received his Bachelor’s Degree from Wuhan University and MBA degree from Zhongnan University of Economics and Law.

Ms. Ariel Yang (楊蕾女士)

Executive Director & Chief Executive Officer 

Ms. Ariel Lei Yang, Vice President of CCXI Credit Rating Co., Ltd. She is in charge of the company’s international business and branding. Ms. Tian Rong (田蓉女士)

Managing Director

Ms. TIAN Rong is currently the Managing Director of China Chengxin (Asia Pacific) Credit Ratings Company Limited. Ms. Tian joined China Chengxin Credit Rating Group in 2008. Prior to her current post, she was the Credit Analyst and Assistant to General Manager of Business Development Department of China Chengxin Securities Rating Company Limited, as well as the Marketing Director of China Chengxin International Credit Rating Company Limited. Ms. Tian holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Management and a Master’s Degree in Finance from Southwestern University of Finance and Economics.

 

 Ms. ZHANG Guo (張果女士)

Director of Credit Ratings

Ms. ZHANG joined China Chengxin Credit Rating Group in 2002 after receiving her Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and a MBA from Zhongnan University of Economics and Law. Since 2010, she has been Director of Credit Ratings in China Chengxin, Shenzhen.  She joined CCXAP in 2012.

 

Ms. Elle Hu (胡辰雯女士)

General Manager of Credit Ratings

Ms. HU joined CCXAP in 2014.  Before that she was a risk manager with Bank of China (Hong Kong). She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (The Chinese University of Hong Kong) and a Master’s Degree in Finance (The University of Hong Kong).
